Job Title: Account Director Waitrose and NS&I
Waitrose is one of the largest accounts in the agency. The role is 60% on to the account, managing a team of 3 (2 x SAMS and an AM) and reporting in to the Business Director.
Kitcatt Nohr Digitas is responsible for all CRM & Local marketing activity for Waitrose. This covers a wide range of media and disciplines, including DM, email, radio, press and outdoor. The work we produce is both ground-breaking and award winning.
The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of the sector, will have experience of a busy London agency and be used to managing and motivating a team. With these requirements met this is an exciting opportunity to work for an iconic British grocery retailer.
We work very closely with Waitrose other agencies: BBH and MGOMD and need the successful candidate to continue building on these collaborative relationships.
The Account Director is the primary face of the relationship, and collaboration with Waitrose is much more than delivery of projects. They are a client that greatly value integrity, robustness in thinking and a safe pair of hands able to provide strategic leadership and guidance as part of a valued partnership. Waitrose is one of our most important accounts and it will continue to flourish under the right care.
National Savings & Investments is one of our flagship accounts. This role is 40% dedicated to the account. The team consists of a SAM & an AM and reports into a BD.
The agency is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery for all direct marketing communications, predominantly in direct mail but moving more towards email as this channel becomes more important to them. The campaign activity is required to support a variety of business areas & functions including retention, direct channel migration, product launches, database development & segmentation.
This position is an opportunity to work with top UK clients in the key sectors of finance and retail and work with a pool of some of the best strategic and creative talent in the industry.
You will be a key member of the client service team, helping shape the department, at one of our most exciting times as an agency. Waitrose & NS&I offer the gambit in CRM and direct marketing across channels, and will ensure the Account Director is always learning and never has a dull moment.
Reporting into the Group Business Director.
Management of 2x SAMs, 1 x AM, 1 x AE and 1 PM. (Please note PM’s have a key role in project delivery and make up the majority of the delivery team).
