Sky has added Kitcatt Nohr Digitas to its below-the-line (BTL) roster following a competitive pitch process. The roster now includes five agencies.
The announcement concludes Sky’s comprehensive review of its BTL agency support. The agency review sought to extend the breadth and depth of expertise available to Sky, to help better support the company’s growth. Sky is the UK’s largest commercial investor in TV content, most popular pay TV platform, and fastest growing home broadband and phone provider. Sky is also the UK’s favourite ‘triple play’ provider of pay TV, broadband and home phone.
The agencies will support communications activity across Sky’s content, TV products (such as Sky+HD and Sky Go), Sky Broadband and Sky Talk, and Sky’s recently launched internet TV brand, NOW TV.
Stephen van Rooyen, MD of Sky’s Sales and Marketing Group, comments:
“We already work with outstanding agency partners... and have expanded our roster to access even more high-quality agency support. Sky is a growth company which is both reaching more homes and selling more subscription products to our existing customers. With a broadening of our content and products, we need to ensure we are effectively communicating our leadership to customers, particularly in today’s noisy media landscape.”
