We’re choosy about the people we take on. You have to be creative, and intelligent. You need the strength of mind to argue your opinions. And the strength of character to listen to the opinions of others.
But once you join, we help you grow. We pay more attention to training and education than any other agency in our sector, which has earned us an IPA Gold Award for continuous professional development. And everyone receives an annual Cash for Culture allowance to spend on their personal cultural enrichment.
Above all, we aim to act with integrity and respect for each other, and our own consciences. This principled approach has attracted a community of clients who share similar values.
We also arrange regular exhibitions of work by photographers and artists, to bring the wider creative world into our workspace. And we run the annual Kitcatt Nohr Digitas Photocomp, where staff, clients, suppliers and friends can show off their individual creativity. It attracts more and more entries each year, and has become a much looked-forward-to event on the advertising social scene.

What our interns say:
My internship at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas has provided me with countless opportunities to learn in a dynamic and creative environment. It has enabled me to improve significantly my employability skills. I would greatly recommend this internship to any intern that is eager to learn.
Marine – Intern Project Management
I'm very grateful that I had the chance to be in Planning, I found the work really interesting up in the ‘hidden corner’ of the agency. Every day something new came up and I could have an insight into thousands of different things – I saved with Britannia, turned into a real petrol head with Toyota and Lexus, caught the digital bug with Waitrose, and even got engaged into the third sector with NSPCC and VSO. Planning is the place where you can juggle with a bit of data, use your creativity as well as picking up a bit of strategic thinking. You really get the panoramic view of advertising here.
Noemi – Planning intern

I learned a lot during my internship and I increased my confidence at professional level. Mitra – Creative Services intern

I was given the opportunity to learn and grow with plenty of help when needed . I was surprised to find that as an intern, I was treated just like any other employee. Not once did I feel alienated or unwelcome. Kitcatt Nohr Digitas also gave me the opportunity to build client relationships, learn new skills and develop business knowledge.
I believe the skills and attributes that I developed during my time at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas will undoubtedly contribute to my success.
